Terms of Service

ClaudeDrive, provided by Yungsten Tech, gives a company one place for its own information, where each person reaches only what they are permitted to see, through Claude. These terms apply to anyone who uses the service at claudedrive.ai.

You sign in to ClaudeDrive with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your account. How the information from sign-in is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to use ClaudeDrive only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reach information you are not permitted to see.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the service or its security.
• Use the service to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.

Information you or your company place in ClaudeDrive remains yours. You grant Yungsten Tech only the permission needed to store, process, and present that information back to the people your company authorizes. Yungsten Tech does not sell it. What is collected when you sign in, and how it is handled, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeDrive is an independent product of Yungsten Tech and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

ClaudeDrive is offered on an "as available" basis. Yungsten Tech works to keep the service running and its results accurate, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yungsten Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using ClaudeDrive at any time and ask to close your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. Yungsten Tech may suspend or end access that breaches these terms.

Yungsten Tech may update these terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ClaudeDrive after a change means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
